Welcome to the IMMFA website

Money market funds are becoming an increasingly popular means of short-term cash and liquidity management for institutions in the UK and Europe.  But what are money market funds and who provides them?  The Institutional Money Market Funds Association - IMMFA - represents the triple-A rated institutional money market fund industry.

IMMFA's role is threefold:

• to provide information about triple-A rated money market funds;
• to act as a lobbying body on behalf of the triple-A rated money market fund industry; and
• through its Code of Practice, to set standards of best practice for members promoting  triple-A rated money market funds.

The website provides information about IMMFA, its members and about the type of money market funds its members offer.  A copy of the IMMFA Code of Practice is also available on the site.  IMMFA members agree to abide by the Code.  Lastly, IMMFA members agree to provide data on their funds in a standardised format.  The presentation of this data is outsourced to iMoneyNet, Inc.  Data extracts are shown on the site on the Statistics page.
